Abu Dhabi: A huge fire broke out in two warehouses in Al Mina area of Abu Dhabi City. Firefighting teams from Abu Dhabi Civil Defence rushed to the site to put out the fire.

No casualties or injuries were reported, according to Civil Defence sources.

One of the warehouses is used by a stationery retailer and contains mostly paper products, while another belongs to a food outlet, the source said.

Firefighers are still working to put out the fire as of posting time.

Police have blocked access road around the vicinity and cordoned of the area to allow unfettered access to firemen.
